BigTime Miniatures is the very first event for Danny Cortes showing his work. The 4 day event will showcase 35-40 items that sing a song of yesteryear in New York’s urban landscape. Danny’s items speak to times, places and our collective memories of things that go overlooked by everyday passers by. Only Danny Cortes can create a miniature that by looking at it, brings sounds and smells back into focus in exquisitely romantic fashion.

Danny’s pieces in the CLLCTV.NYC space will be an immersive experiencial trip like a walk through the streets of 80s and 90s New York’s gritty boroughs. His attention to detail will more than impress the viewer; his façades will have you staring at the Wise potato chips on the rack inside the bodega.
